Since our products are digital goods delivered electronically, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been downloaded. Please review the product details carefully before making a purchase.
1. Overview
At ScriptifyZone, we strive to deliver high-quality digital products and excellent customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of digital products — which cannot be "returned" once downloaded — our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business.
2. When Refunds Are Granted
We may issue a refund under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same product
- Product Not Delivered: If you did not receive access to the product after a successful payment (and our support team confirms the issue)
- Major Defect: If the product is fundamentally broken or significantly different from its description, and we are unable to provide a fix within a reasonable time
- Unauthorized Transaction: If a purchase was made without your authorization (subject to verification)
3. When Refunds Are NOT Granted
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after purchasing
- You did not read the product description or requirements before purchase
- The product does not meet your subjective expectations but functions as described
- You lack the technical knowledge to use or install the product
- Your hosting environment does not meet the minimum requirements
- You found a cheaper alternative elsewhere
- You have already downloaded the product files
- The refund request is made more than 7 days after purchase
4. Refund Request Timeline
To be eligible for a refund review, you must submit your request within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
Log in to your account
Go to Support Tickets
Submit a refund request with order details
Include the following in your refund request:
- Your order ID / transaction reference
- The product name
- Detailed reason for the refund request
- Screenshots or evidence (if applicable)
6. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary; please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account
7. Subscription Refunds
For subscription plans:
- Refunds are only considered if requested within 48 hours of purchase and no downloads have been made
- Partial refunds for unused subscription periods are not available
- If a subscription is cancelled, access continues until the end of the current billing period
